Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our services will cease immediately
  • We may delete your account and data according to our retention policy
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics, government regulations, or network failures.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
